Program allows people currently receiving rental assistance (or eligible to receive it) to use a Housing Choice Voucher toward a mortgage payment for their own home. Must attend an informational seminar, have an initial consult with NeighborWorks, talk to a lender about pre-approval, work with ICS re: mortgage and looking for a house. No fees. Call for more info.
